This study using the method of documentary, interview survey, questionnaire survey method, first of all, the new rural sports present situation and the center of lishui city the present situation of literature review, on this basis, the key of lishui town sports present situation in-depth investigation and analysis; Secondly expounds the results of the factors influencing the central town of lishui city physical exercise; Finally, in view of the influence factors, put forward the corresponding countermeasure, to the development of central town of lishui city sports development to contribute more space and provide a theoretical reference.
