Research On The Current Situation And Strategy Of Tennis Reserve Talent Training In Shanghai

In the 2015 implementation opinions of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government on speeding up the development of sports industry and promoting sports consumption,Shanghai clearly put forward the goal of "becoming an international famous sports city by 2035".As a result,Shanghai has made great efforts to hold international well-known events and train local athletes.Tennis can be used as a witness of the consumption level of a city because it needs certain sports ground conditions,expensive sports equipment,and huge investment in training a high-level athlete.It is a business card of Shanghai as an international famous city to cultivate local tennis players and establish a scientific and effective training method for reserve talents.By referring to the literature and interviewing experts and scholars,this paper divides the tennis training forms in Shanghai into four basic forms: family training,club training,tennis characteristic school training and junior sports school training,and takes the reserve talents under the four training forms as the research object,and issues questionnaires to the parents,sports mobilization and coaches to analyze the athletes and coaches under various forms The reasons for parents to learn tennis and the factors that affect the performance of athletes are analyzed by means of mathematical statistics,expert interviews,Excel and SPSS software,and suggestions are put forward for tennis training in Shanghai.The conclusions are as follows: the training time of athletes should be strengthened,athletes should be encouraged to participate in tennis matches,and competition experience should be increased;at the same time,parents should focus on the level and qualification of coaches;they should also correctly guide their children’s enthusiasm for learning tennis;parents should be prepared for their children’s long-term planning.Club training should first focus on improving the level of coaches;tennis characteristic school should first focus on the construction of the team of coaches;junior sports school should make use of its own advantages to attract high-level athletes to join,and at the same time focus on strengthening the cultural knowledge learning of athletes to cultivate talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence and physical education.In order to improve the performance of the players,the main factors are to increase the training time,actively participate in the competition and improve the tennis skills.Therefore,parents,coaches and players should pay attention to these three factors in order tocultivate high-level professional tennis players.
