A Study On Motivation Of Plying Basketball About Fuzhou City College Basketball Elective Course For College Students

Basketball is valuable to physical and mental development of students.Basketball Public elective course gives a chance to college students to contact basketball.Through learning basketball public elective course basketball,more students will be induce to participate in playing basketball and have a deeper understanding of basketball functional value.Therefore,in order to fully grasp the motivation of college students to participate in basketball,to encourage more college students to participate in the study and training of basketball.This study through carries on the questionnaire survey and interviews to Fuzhou City public elective college basketball college students,understood the purpose of participate in basketball movement,proposed a theory hypothesis of basketball movement motivation is.Through access to relevant literature,reference the existing motivation table,combined with practice basketball experience,basketball sport motivation scale of Fuzhou City College Basketball Elective Course for college students to participate in basketball is prepared.Hope that through this sport scale to understand the differences of characteristics of different groups of basketball elective course for college students in basketball movement participation motivation.In addition,improve the participation motivation level of basketball,help them to better complete the learning and training in the basketball sports.By using factor analysis,five basic types of basketball participation motivation are proposed,which are self-satisfaction motivations,physical and mental pleasure motivation,interpersonal motivation and project characteristics motivation.The strength of these motivations is as follows:external influences motivation>project characteristics motivation>interpersonal motivation>self-satisfaction motivations>physical and mental pleasure motivation.The research further discusses the college basketball Fuzhou Public Elective Students participate in basketball movement motive relationship between gender,age,residence location,the level of basketball,the way of playing basketball,and found that there are significant differences.
