| College students are an important object of concern and implementation in the construction of healthy China.This paper focuses on the social ecology analysis and intervention of college students’sports participation in Fuzhou City from the perspective of healthy China.using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and so on.This paper investigates the sports participation of 400 non-sports major college students in 4 colleges and universities in Fuzhou.According to the results of the investigation,the paper analyzes the sports participation of college students in Fuzhou and its influencing factors.The corresponding intervention countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of social ecology.The results are as follows:1 the present situation of college students’participation in sportsIn Fuzhou,the number of college students participating in sports without obvious regularity was the most,accounting for 36.1%,30.2 times of exercise more than 3 times a week and 46.6%of the total number of students exercising less than 30 minutes per week,indicating that the overall level of college students’participation in sports was relatively low.No good exercise habits have been formed.2 Factors influencing College students’participation in Sports(1)at the individual level,sports ability was the most influential,with a score of 4.080,followed by participation value and attitude,with a score of 3.7453.625.The influence on college students’ participation in sports was significantly different in gender and grade variables.(2)at the interpersonal level,family was the most influential,with a score of 3.875,followed by peers and teachers,with a score of 3.440 and 3,230,which had significant differences in gender and grade variables.(3)At the organizational level,physical education teachers had the greatest influence,with a score of 3.880,followed by school sports environment,extracurricular sports activities,score level 3.590 and 3.565.There was no significant difference in the influence on college students’participation in sports on gender variables.There were significant differences in grade variables.(4)Community sports and community environment are the main factors influencing college students’participation in sports at the community level,but there is no significant difference in gender variables,but there is significant difference in grade variables.(5)On the policy level,the main factors influencing college students’sports participation are policy implementation,supervision implementation and policy formulation,and the most influential factor is supervision and implementation.3 Intervention Strategies of College students’ participation in Sports(1)at the individual level:changing the attitude of college students’ participation in sports;improving the value cognition of college students’sports participation;setting goal orientation,cultivating sports interest,and improving their ability to participate in sports.(2)interpersonal level:parents/teachers/peers should become important others to promote college students’ participation in sports;create supportive sports environment;and provide promoting physical environment of sports.(3)Organizational level:schools should attach importance to physical education,cultivate high-quality teachers;create a good sports environment;schools should attach importance to the importance of college students’ participation in sports;organize diversified extracurricular sports activities.(4)Community level:improve community sports system,advocate sports life;play a positive role of media;improve community environment.(S)Policy level:scientific formulation of sports evaluation standards;strengthening process supervision,strengthening the implementation of the national policy on students’ physical health;strengthening the linkage between the government and various departments to formulate and improve targeted countermeasures. |
