Expound The Excellent Image Of Teachers In Domestic And Foreign Movies

Film as one of the broad impact of the mass media, shaped the image of teachers has become a new perspective of teacher professional quality. It is a new way for promoting teachers'professional development through the way of watching movies. In this paper, on the perspective of teachers' image in the movies, we use the method of literature research, content analysis and comparative study to analyze the function of the film, and then to define the concept of teachers' image. Viewing collected 94 movies, we choose the 16 best films as research subjects. Through detailed analysis of the movie image of outstanding teachers, we summarize the film reflected the excellent quality. The image of teachers are divided into four categories:the type of educational ideal, the type of educational passion, the type of educational intelligent, the type of educational conscience.In-depth analysis of 16 movie image of teachers on the basis of domestic films and foreign films,we compared the image of domestic teachers and foreign teachers, and then summarize some common qualities and some differences. Film as a medium of instruction in the classroom is very popular. Many teachers like using it in normal students of teacher education curriculum and in-service teacher training curriculum. Film has become a new and effective forms of teaching. So it is the key for this article will be applied in practice. And Construction of the system of teacher education film course is necessary. Thus, this paper concludes the course of teaching objectives, the film selection principles, classroom teaching mode and evaluation methods of classroom teaching.
