Study Of The Excellent Image Of Fathers In Domestic And Foreign Educational Movies

In the background of social changes,the family as a social cell,the basic unit,its form and function is undergoing tremendous changes,the issue of family education has gradually been people’s attention.In the family,father and mother are the core of the education,father’s education and mother’s education has become the core of the research,but,because of being influenced by many cultural traditions and social factors in a very long period of time,the researchers focused the center on mother education.Mother’s education is always the subject of family education research,people pay attention to the education of the father started in 1975 when Lamb published the article of "father:the forgotten children in the development of contributors",the western society aroused interest in research on the role of father,father started a research stage.After nearly forty years,foreign investment has experienced the influence and development of children and the family from father,father’s rearing status description,influencing factors,and have made great achievements.However,in China,the research on father’s parenting has been paid more and more attention in recent years.When the problem of family education can not be solved from the mother’s education,the researcher will be inspired by the research of the Western father education,and turn the research perspective to the father’s education.Whether in the West or in China,the existing research on father education mostly adopt the experimental psychology and analysis method of case study,nobody uses the film text analysis method and from the perspective of education.In this paper,30 Chinese fathers’educational films are selected as the research texts in the Chinese and foreign educational films.The paper focuses on the analysis of the excellent father image in the film.From the perspective of pedagogy,the paper uses the literature method,the content analysis method,the observation method,the text analysis method,Functional analysis,to explore the film’s excellent father image.Classified 12 types from three dimensions of father’s traits,educational philosophy,father’s education method,and compare the image of father in Chinese and foreign films,summed up the similarities and differences of the two,hope to guide all fathers to learn how to be a qualified father by watching father educational films.The last,undering inspiring by excellent father image of the film,combined with western excellent father’s performance,summarize the point of the "teacher-type" father is the outstanding father model,elaborated the four core literacy of teacher-type father.
