| Human resource is the first resource in today's society. Economic and social development can not be separated from the talent, especially high-level talent support. High level talents as an important starting point for the overall construction of the talent team, is a key and indispensable force in social and economic development.As the only set of pilot free trade zone, state-level new District, Economic and Technological Development Zone, high-tech Industrial Development Zone, bonded zone, Taiwanese Investment Zone, export processing zone and the local administrative region in one of the special region, facing the central support free trade zone, Fuzhou District, "Maritime Silk Road" construction of the historic opportunity, Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone for all kinds of talents especially the increasingly urgent demand of high level talents. Among them, the high-level management personnel and highly skilled personnel as the representative of the high-end talent is an integral part of the backbone of its development. Vigorously the introduction of high-level personnel, promote the construction of high-level personnel, and further implement the talent strategy, which has important significance to promote the scientific development and spanning development of Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. In this paper, combined the way of theoretical analysis and investigated interview, considered the actual situation of introducing high-level talents in Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in recent years, and analyzed the existing problems and reasons for it. We can use the the experience of domestic and foreign introduction for reference, and then put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve the introduction. Hope to be some reference for relevant departments and try to summarize the common to provide experience and reference for high-level talent introduction of other local governments. |
