Take Chinese textbooks of thePeople's Education Press (PEP)edition and Nanyi edition for instance, which are both typical textbooks occupying a relatively large proportion in the market, the paper analyzes their textbook overviews, compilation styles and inner structures (including text selection system, reading aid system, knowledge system and exercise system) so as to discover their internal relations in thoughts and feelings, Chinese proficiency, as well as Chinese knowledge. In order to grasp the latest research trends and achievements, establish theoretical basis for this paper and sum up valuable experience on both sides, the paper employs literature research method, comparative study, and statistics analysis to consult, collect and sift material related to the textbooks on both sides as well as to retrieve information in various databases and analyze them afterwards.
