Professor Pan Xinhe's great work "The performance and the existence of Chinese" (It was divided by A and B two books, which has won the most important research achievement of national science of education during the 10th Five-year Plan period, and published by Fujian People's Publishing House.) has produced great influence among the Chinese educational circles even the Chinese teachers from middle and primary schools. He who suggested "The Chinese teaching theory of Linguistic Life Dynamics "takes "Linguistic life" as the core which has drawn up a blueprint of Chinese teaching theory in middle and primary school. While in secondary vocational writing teaching area, there are still many problems. The main problem is that the students' writing motivation has the problems of lacking, disorder and dissimilation which is hard to find the suitable ways.The main purpose this paper is to make use of the Professor Pan's advanced theory "Linguistic life" in teaching practice of cultivate and arouse writing motivation in secondary vocational school. Maybe the "Linguistic life" is the key point of solve the teaching problem in secondary vocational writing area, also it is the important sally point of secondary vocational Chinese teaching. So there will be a certain exploit, innovate and practice meaning in the research of this article.It has grasped the first hand materials of the basic situation of students' writing and teachers' teaching and also the current situation of students' writing motivation in secondary vocational school through the questionnaire and interview.Through the document research, it also in-depth exploration of the meaning and intension of writing motivation basic on others research, combining with the study of Linguistic Life Theory, it further summarizes the main idea of writing motivation theory from the Standpoint of Linguistic Life Theory.At last, according to the survey result and the characteristic of students from secondary vocational school and teaching practical experience of "Linguistic Life Theory", it further suggests the cultivate strategies of secondary vocational students' wring motivation from the Standpoint of Linguistic Life Theory. The strategies are as follows,(1) Pay attention to the individual demand. To cultivate the students'"Linguistic life" writing values. (2) Cultivate the writing interests. To arouse the students' expression desire. (3) Intensify the writing accomplishment. To highlight the students' Linguistic Life. (4) Play a role of teachers, the keeper and the watcher of Linguistic Life.
