The 90s-born college students are the backbone to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and realize the Chinese dream. Whether they have a social responsibility, especially the social responsibility strength will directly affect the success or failure of the socialist cause. Therefore, it is a study with a social and historical significance that makes an accurate social responsibility assessment of 90s-born college students and presents the educational strategy of social responsibility with the strong relevance and effectiveness and distinct characteristics of the times.The author conducted an in-depth research on the status quo, influencing factors and educational strategy of social responsibility of the 90s-born college students. In December 2014, in order to accurately grasp the' social responsibility status of the 90s-born college students, a survey was conducted with 1060 college students chosen in different grades and different majors of five universities in a southern city. There are 1046 valid questionnaires and the recovery rate is 98.7%. Through investigation and analysis, because of social, school, family and self and many other factors, it shows that the 90s-born college students are featured by the weakening of responsibility consciousness to the state and society, the desalination of responsibility consciousness to others and self, the degradation of responsibility consciousness to family and marriage and the blurring of responsibility consciousness to the profession and the work.The author proposes that there are four factors that influence the formation of the 90s-born college students' social responsibility. The first is the education ring-social factors: the lack of public opinion guidance, the lack of social morality norms, the lack of support for social justice; the second is the subject of education-school factors:the desalination of education philosophy, the generalization of educational content, the ossification of educational mode and the blur of educational practice; the third is education mediator-family factors:the awareness deviation of family education and the improper methods; the fourth is the object of education-individual factors:lack of awareness of social responsibility and the disjointed of knowing and doing of social responsibilityBased on analysis of influencing factors, firstly, the author argues that the educational goals of social responsibility should be clear:by developing the responsibility awareness and enhancing their emotion to strengthen their conduct. Secondly, we should enrich educational content of social responsibility:by strengthening the education of mainstream concept to guide social responsibility values; strengthening the education of the traditional culture to develop the personality of social responsibility; strengthening human feelings education to pioneer the social responsibility vision. The key of educational strategy is to optimize the educational approach of social responsibility. In practice,the educational content should be combined with professional education; the implementation platforms should be integrated into the media technologies, evaluation system should be fit in with subject consciousness.
