Based on the fact that a single individual lacks social responsibility and the dilemma in the cultivation of social responsibility in school education,this research,with a method of theoretical analysis,attempts to study the cultivation of social responsibility from the perspective of educational philosophy.It is found that social responsibility is the a situational and subjective emotional experience of an individual who actively fulfills the share of social responsibility and assumes responsibility for the harmful consequences of one’s own action to society in the process of the awareness of social relations,which is a value of the stability and consistency of quality and a historic and comprehensive humanistic quality.Then on the emotional structure of social responsibility,it analyzes how the concept factor,the will factor and the emotion factor work in the development of social responsibility in different stages.According to the analysis of the emotional structure of the emotional experience stage,value quality stage and humanistic quality stage in the development process of social responsibility,this study puts forward the corresponding cultivation path.First,the responsibility situation should be created to stimulate the responsibility emotion.This requires educators to build responsibility situation according to the age characteristics of individuals and cultivate individual imagination,and gradually enhances individual responsibility emotion from stimulating the emotion to the people around.Secondly,the sense of responsibility should be enhanced and the unity of power and responsibility should be strengthened.Educators should help individuals to establish a contemporary concept of social responsibility,cultivate their sense of "ownership" and correctly view the relationship between responsibility and rights,and deepen their recognition of the concept of responsibility from the cognitive level.Finally,it is necessary to temper the responsibility will and pursue an ideal personality,while participate in social practice activities and set up individual ideal belief to cultivate individual responsibility.
