Mobile Internet is a sophisticated composite technology, with close connection with people's daily life. As an epoch-making technology, mobile Internet has a profound impact on all aspects of social life, including school education. Impact of mobile Internet on student learning behavior is an objective reality, and it's not difficult to find the dual nature, which has its positive and negative impact. It needs accurate description and revealing, but also needs putting forward effective countermeasures.Higher vocational education is an important type of education in the education system in our country, and plays an irreplaceable talent training function. Impact of mobile Internet on learning behavior also exists in higher vocational colleges. According to the survey, students in vocational colleges commonly hold mobile devices, and there is a high ration of touching the mobile device screen. With the great applications installed in their mobile devices, most students highly stick to mobile Internet, they spend much time for recreation rather than studying. Students indulge themselves on mobile devices mainly based on social contact needs, the demand for information and needs for entertainment.Negative impact on student learning behavior of mobile Internet is mainly reflects on the following aspects:information explosion leads to the students' cognitive overload; students network indulging leads to degradation of social skills in reality; the crisis of teaching effect caused by the action of touching mobile device screen; fragmenting reading leads to students' thinking planarization. Since the positive effects and the negative effects exist simultaneously, the positive impact on student learning behavior of mobile Internet is mainly reflects on:wide application of mobile Internet makes students in vocational colleges broaden access to the learning resources; offering a new interactive platform for self expression of students in vocational colleges; "network fragmentation study" improving the knowledge absorption rate of students. The reason for the positive and negative effect results from the technology itself, as well as school management and student's own reason, which needs to intervene in two ways:the management of the college needs to develop and enhance students'ability to identify network information literacy; As for the teachers should make full use of the mobile Internet resources for effective teaching innovation, and adjust the students' campus life through campus cultural activities. The students in vocational college should eliminate over-reliance through self-regulation of the mobile Internet, read in-depth to make up for lack of fragmentation, and make use of mobile learning to expand learning time and space for necessary self-intervention.The educational reform in technology developed era, especially the impact of technology changes the learning behavior, which is an open research field, both needs a thorough and systematic research. This paper is only a preliminary attempt.
