The rapid development of the Internet has brought rapid changes to the education industry. Methods such as traditional face-to-face education model has been unable to meet the demand for learning, more and more people want access to quality learning resources across the network, distance education courses at home and abroad in recent years, public education service platforms, networks, training courses, a new model appeared, brought great challenges to the traditional teaching mode. Quality learning resources across the network to fast widespread dissemination of high quality, facilitate learning of learning in any zone, not subject to space constraints. But the traditional way requires that students must face to face, for geographical or conditionality learner outside would bring great inconvenience. Therefore, the rapid popularization of e-learning to the learning evaluation challenges, solving these problems requires a new way to deal with it.Papers on mainstream method for the study of online learning platform has combed and systems analysis considers the present e-learning evaluation test results evaluation mainly on learning process of learners and learning levels less attention, resulting in e-learning learning objectives with low efficiency and low reliability of evaluation results. To solution this problem, papers from actual application of needs and education evaluation of general law starting, through research analysis, to out has a full of network learning evaluation index, including network learning evaluation should contains collaboration capacity (participation discussion attitude, and frequency, and scientific, situation), and learning works (job, and notes completed situation), and learning behavior (using resources, and learning time, and learning way, and task completed of timely,), and learning results (usually test, and results exam, and daily score), index items. On this basis, through expert evaluating method of evaluation is given weight, formed a relatively complete set of evaluation methods.
