Nowadays more and more people are inclined to acquire knowledge by network or distance learning with the rapid development of network technical. A lot of universities get down to making network course or high-quality curriculum. However, researchers find that the speed of network resources' quality and the learning environment which fits learner's style are growing not as well as the resource quantity. In view of this, an idea is proposed to develop virtual learning community based on evaluating and feedback learners' learning process, in order to distinguish former resource and environment. Thus, how to emphasize learning process? How to realize an individual learning community? These are the focus of this thesis.Some web behavior of community learning in web environment could reflect to series learning characteristics explicitly or implicitly, which more or less response some learning attitude and effect. If learners can attain this information through figure by themselves, it will play an important role in improving learning interest and method. Therefore, it is meaningful of constructing virtual learning community supporting learning process evaluation. Following involves two parts to introduce the research. There are learning process evaluation and developing virtual learning community.Firstly, learning process evaluation uses the technology of web data mining to collect data, and catch relative behavior in learning process. We study the corresponding algorithm to evaluate the behavior. Poission Distribution Algorithm is proposed to analysis the login times which can show one's learning attitude. Cooperation Achievement Algorithm is proposed to resolve the grade of cooperation degree in collaborative learning. Visualization of Collaborative Learning Algorithm is proposed to visualize the real time learning. when others behavior has evaluated, the grade of web behavior is comprehensive evaluation combining with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Then the result of evaluation as well as the visualization of learning process feedback to learners, which could promote subsequent learning and control learning process, finally raise the study efficiency.The approximate structure of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is following: The evaluation factor set and result set is first defined. Then the factor set weight is defined through network questionnaire. And membership function is calculated due to the evaluation result of each factor. Finally, the total evaluation is attained through formulas and forms an individual learning module.Secondly, referring to the architecture of Chinese E-learning Technology Standardization Committee (CELTS), a virtual learning community has developed which composed of learning resource system, learning process system, management system and learning process evaluation system. We make use of database tool (SQL server 2005) to realize the database design. And use programming tool (visual studio 2005) for developing the system of virtual learning community. The function contains foreground system and background management.In the learning community, learners complete the whole flow of learning, example as looking over online resource, searching information, learners' interaction, finishing uploading learning task, select the figure of real-time status and so on.
