Research On Current Situation And Promotion Strategy Of Campus Football In Higher Vocational Colleges In Jiangning District Of Nanjing City

The research of this paper is a thorough investigation and analysis of the setting up of football courses,the participation of students in extracurricular activities,the motivation of students to participate in football,and the training and competition of school sports teams in seven Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangning District of Nanjing City.In order to find the countermeasures to promote the development of campus football in Nanjing higher vocational colleges,so as to promote the construction of a good campus football environment in Nanjing,and provide relevant basis for the competent departments.The article relies on literature,questionnaire and other methods to complete the research and analysis,and finds the following situations: 1.The campus football of higher vocational colleges in jiangning district of nanjing lacks an effective league mechanism,which makes it impossible for higher vocational colleges in this district to organize a large-scale league and promote it in a limited way.A league mechanism suitable for campus football in higher vocational colleges in nanjing should be established.2.Students' participation in football is not enough.Online games,mobile games,sleeping and social activities on campus have become the main time allocation objects,while football only accounts for a small proportion.Schools should make use of the curriculum,football training,football games,football activities and so on to strengthen the atmosphere of campus football.3.The level of football coaches and teachers is uneven.There are fewer retired players serving as coaches and not enough coaches with high professional titles.Schools should introduce and select coaches and teachers with high professional titles and rich teaching experience in football.Strengthen the communication between amateur clubs,semi-professional clubs and professional clubs and campus football.4.There are some shortcomings in football teaching on campus.The teaching method is single,and the method is not novel enough,which reduces students' interest.According to students' learning needs,we should formulate teaching contents,develop interesting football activities,organize more football matches,create a good atmosphere,and integrate football culture into life.It is suggested that relevant departments should pay attention to the selection of coaches and teachers with high professional titles and rich teaching experience in football,strengthen the training of physical education teachers and football coaches in higher vocational colleges,and build a high-quality coaching team.The school football system is not perfect enough to organize a large-scale league and allow more teachers and students to participate.This requires all parties to make joint efforts to establish a league mechanism suitable for higher vocational colleges in nanjing and actively encourage all parties to participate in campus football.
