Study On Project Quality Management Of Nanning Demonstrative Old-age School Establishment

Due to an aging society as well as social and economic growth,elderly people's demands for spiritual and cultural life is creasing.As a result,education for the old aged become a non-negligible issue.Old-age education is a major part of life-long learning system and also a vital process to improve the population quality as well as construct a learning society in China.In a unique way,old-age school has become an important foundation for old-age education.More and more elderly people are keen to acquire knowledge and enjoy activities in old-age schools.Owning to insufficient construction,old-age education has been inadequate for all the time.Such situation is getting evern more serious as the old-age porpulaion is growing.The weak points in school quality,education standardization and scientific administration need to be overcome.To cope with the aging problem and promote old-age education in a positive way,Nanning participated in establishing the first batch of Guangxi Demonstrative Old-age Schools in 2013,so that a life-long education system for all citizens would be established,the social stability be maintained and elderly people's sence of happiness be gained,which was benefitial to making Nanning the best place in Guangxi.Taking the Demonstrative Establishment Project of Nanning Old-age Schools as example,this article analyzes the state and problems of old-age schools constructhion in Nanning by applying project management theories.On statement of the characteristics and significance of Demonstrative Establishment Project,it also analyzes the input,teachers,facilities,management and environment which have great effects on the project quality.Furthermore,it studies the process to deal with project inspection and control.At last,it proposes corrective actions and support measures to solve the problems in Demonstrative Establishment Project.Thus,theoretically pratical conductions and scientific managing methods are put forward to enrich the theories of old-age school construction,which provides the references on experience,pattern and approach to old-age school costruction in and around Nanning.
