Since the 16 th National Congress of the CPC,as the strategic target of education development in China,constructing learning society has aroused great attention.Internet spirit of group creation and sharing led to a new surge of educational supply-side reform.Complying with the development of information technology,comprehensively promoting the overall depth integration and innovation of the information technology and teaching can solve the problems of imbalance between group and individual,lacking of vitality and elasticity in higher education.The journey of comprehensively promoting the modernization of education by educational informationization has been already started.As we all know,Blended Learning which fuses online and offline is the most important way of learning in the future.Therefore,how to break through the bottleneck of group teaching,how to achieve a new leap of teaching,how to enhance the teaching quality and many other issues become the primary difficulties.From the historical,realistic,macroscopic and microscopic four aspects,this paper demonstrates the necessity of the research.Through looking back the development of social software,carding the domestic and foreign research status and the theoretical basis of the research,it elaborates the significance and value of carrying out research on group dynamics in teaching in universities furtherly.And then the research ideas and methods of this study are put forward.Based on the analysis of the dynamic process of the group,a diachronic structural system of group dynamics is built up,which is the focus of this study.The structural system shows the three stages of formation,operation and translation.What's more,the elements of each stage are refined based on the previous researches.The formation stage contains four elements of group goals,group environment,group norms and group members.The operation stage contains two elements of group engagement and group interaction.The translation stage contains three elements of individual cognition,panel noopsycheand group intelligence.An analysis framework which is used as the guidance in the group teaching practices has been put forward on the basis of those elements.At present,as the mainstream method in the learning Analytics area,Social Network Analysis and Content Analysis have a strong guiding value on researching group problem.In this paper,the two methods are combined to make a detailed and scientific analysis on group dynamics in teaching and learning.The study finds that the group undergoes a complete process of generation,oscillation,stability,and end which influenced by environment,norms,objectives and members.The character of the group is changing violently or slightly in every stage.The group is always evolving in the process of changing,and the group dynamics is occurring constantly.With the group action and the group members,the form of group engagement is continuously enriched,the cognitive structure is constantly changing,and the interaction depth is deeper and deeper.And the group becomes wisdom eventually.However,because of the group dynamics,some extreme or biased phenomena are often produced in the interior of a group(Such as group inverseing rule,malignant expansion and pseudo participation of the group engagement,and the existence of those members who claims but no contribution etc.).Nevertheless,all the extreme or biased phenomena can cause the group to adjust and change accordingly in order to format a relatively stable internal dynamic field to maintain the group development.Finally,according to the group dynamics system and factor analysis frame,this paper makes a detailed and scientific analysis on group dynamics in teaching and learning using Social Network Analysis and Content Analysis method.Three aspects of the conclusion surrounding the forming elements,operation and the process and the results of conversion are made.According to the analysis of the process and conclusion,combined with a theoretical framework of the learning analytics,a prediction analysis model of group dynamics is built up which could be used to analysis the detailed problems in three kinds of environment(online,offline and mixed).In the end,some adjustment strategies and recommendations for the results of prediction are put forward,in order to stimulate the actual effect of group dynamics in teaching and promote the development of the whole group.
