| Education is a fundamental task for the country and the Party.To run socialist education with Chinese characteristics well,it is necessary to provide courses in ideological and political theory.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to the construction of ideological and political theory courses and made a series of major decisions and deployments.Under the background of ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the new trend of reform and reform,colleges and universities have triggered a wave of teaching reform in ideological and political theory courses.From the perspective of group dynamics,it is a research topic of practical significance to systematically analyze the inherent compatibility between the course of ideological morality and rule by law and group dynamics,and explore the application effectiveness of group dynamics in the teaching of the course of ideological morality and rule by law.The teaching concepts,objectives,and forms of group dynamics theory and ideological and political theory courses are interconnected,providing a practical basis for the application of group dynamics in the teaching of ideological morality and rule by law course.Compared with the other five ideological and political theory courses,the unique comprehensiveness,practicality,and affinity of the teaching content of the course of ideological morality and rule by law can better demonstrate the unique advantages of applying group dynamics.Therefore,the course of ideological morality and rule by law is selected to explore the application effect of group dynamics theory in teaching.Under the guidance of group dynamics theory,this article constructs an interactive field for classroom teaching of ideological morality and rule by law,and selects students from a certain university in 2021 and 2022 as experimental subjects to implement a two-semester teaching reform.Compare the differences of control group and experimental group before and after the reform in terms of classroom performance and students’ sense of achievement,and test the application effectiveness of the group motivation method.The results showed that the control group and experimental group,which had no significant differences before the teaching reform,had significant differences after the reform practice;Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed more positive classroom performance and higher students’ sense of achievement.The application of group dynamics has played a certain role in improving the teaching effect of the course of ideological morality and rule by law.However,in the reform process,there are some shortcomings in the teacher-student interaction,student-student interaction,and operation links,which still need to be strengthened in improvement.At the level of teacher-student interaction,a deep level interaction system between teachers and students should be constructed from three aspects: diversified teaching forms,planned teaching processes,and sustained teacher-student dialogue;At the level of student student interaction,we should stimulate students’ high-level learning needs from three aspects: fairness in the interaction context,concretization of role division,and constructive conflict resolution;At the operational level,we will establish a multi-dimensional dialogue path by guiding the formation of differentiated groups,developing group guidance synergy,and promoting the systematization of teaching evaluation. |
