In the current labor market in China,there is a widespread discrimination against women in the labor market.College female college students are the future job seekers,if they perceive the common existence of discrimination in the workplace,their psychological changes will be reflected in the behavior.As the role of the future "job seekers",the action of female college students based on the behavior mechanism,we can use extended VSPBC Model(Li Tao,2016)to explain.The characteristic of this paper is to construct the role context as the focus,the values V and rules S follow the behavior are introduced into BPC model,under the framework of BPC model,,around the context of role to explain human behavior mechanism,so as to reveal the female college students as future job seekers motivation,provides a new perspective for the study of labor market discrimination in employment.The article is divided into two parts,the first part is the measurement of the perception to appearance discrimination of the female college students.This part set 'job seekers'role as the situation,which set the female college students as the role context.Under the framework of VSBPC model,we study whether the behavior of make-up is the strategy behavior of female college students,and propose hypothesis:If the female college students perceive the appearance discrimination,then their make-up preferences are positively correlated with the expected income,that is,the main purpose of make-up is to improve income.Based on the above hypothesis,we design scale that the female college students from the same profession in different grades.Finally,the empirical analysis results verify the hypothesis.the female college students perceived appearance discrimination and female college students showing significantly different make-up preference and the expectant income between the groups of different grades,for the same grade group,make-up preferences significantly affect the expectant income obviously under the constraint of graduation,high beauty means higher income,to expand the sample to different grades,the above results are tested.The second part is to measure the degree of appearance discrimination for female college students,which set "recruiter are human resource users" as the role context,this part under the framework VSBPC model,which select the recruiters as the research object,design a resume screening experiment that adopt a method for mixing the photos taken before and after make-up of the same person.And propose hypothesis the recruiter prefer the make-up photos,that is to say,the female college students' make up behavior strategy is effective,the appearance discrimination for female college students does exist.The empirical analysis results verify the hypothesis,the photos actually have an impact on recruiter in the course of screening,the effect degree of which differs in the positions,gender,screening times and screening model.
