First and foremost,"Low Employment ","Unemployment upon Graduation" and other social problems are frequently reported in the newspapers.In addition,it also has some side effect on the development and construction of the reputation of the Institution,coupled with the development and permanent development of high education of the country.The causes of the above problems are complex,but the deficiency of occupation ability in college students is obviously important and crucial one.For the individual college students,scientific and reasonable occupation planning is necessary and significant to improve personal occupation ability.However,the ability of occupation planning is almost impossibly born,but is learned by through education,training and practice.In high school,occupation planning education system construction is not perfect,and is difficult to achieve hyper normal development in a short period of time.Therefore,to fulfill this need,Universal Education Group actively devises a series of ACT product and promote it the market.In the process of its development,factors constraining the product quality and further improvement of the scale have gradually begun to tell.This article,based on Universal Education ACT products,brought up the research project "Factors that can affect the customer satisfaction ofcareer planning education products –based onUniversal Education ACT products customer survey",in order to find the key factors of customer satisfaction and give support and basis to product decisions.(1)Combining with the development and actual situation ofUniversal Education ACT,this articleexpressed the research of customer satisfaction concept and characteristics,educational product satisfaction,as well as influencing factors.We discussed and analyzed the necessity and practical value of customer satisfaction of vocational planning educational products influencing factors from both theoretical and practical perspectives.(2)By using customer survey and content analysis techniques,we analyzed Universal Education ACT offline and online customer satisfaction factors.Based on these factors we designed our questionnaire.And by using factor analysis and model,we deeply studied and discussed the offline and online products.We found that the key factors ofUniversal Education ACT offline and online products five important aspects were included,training related services,teaching effectiveness,teaching organization,lecturers identities and marketing design.Key Factors of online customer satisfaction also had five important aspects,the quality of the system design,marketing,design,system effects and quality of service.(3)Basing on Universal Education ACT offline and online customer satisfaction factor analysis and combining the practicalbusiness development characteristics of the company,we proposed customer satisfaction improvement strategy of the products,gave the specific measureand evaluated the effect in different ways.Afterwards,we proved our strategy and measure to be feasible and effective.Overall,the key factors of educational products customer satisfaction proposed by this article provided the basis and support for decision-making in education enterprises.It was the summary and sublimation of Universal Education ACT offline and online products customer satisfaction study.The result would give further guidance to the research and development of Universal Education ACT offline and online products.Meanwhile,the results of the study could also give important reference value for the products-deciding process of the enterprises in education industry.
