With the accelerating speed of improvement of people's living standard and people's consumption ability,an expanding number of households are taking great pains to invest in the students' education.Besides,foreign countries gradually reduce the restriction of going abroad and our country encourage more middle school students and tertiary students to study abroad.As a result,an increasing number of students have been preparing and going abroad,leading to the fierce competition among training companies.So as to survive.and thrive in such a society,it is a prerequisite for the companies to enroll more clients.How to improve the customer satisfaction,enhance the loyalty of their own customers and accumulate new customers have been a big concern for the companies of this kind.Drawing on the precedent theories presented by experts and combining all of these with my own working experience,the writer conducted a survey about the enterprises' customer satisfaction by means of well-designed questionnaire.Then,this essay discovered several problems associated with the training products according to the data deriving from the analysis and study.Finally,some feasible solutions are proposed and expected to be tackled which provide some answers to the companies' development.This essay,firstly,introduces the relevant theories associated with the customer satisfaction system,after which the targeted students are chosen to aid this article.Next,It is by means of using a questionnaire that we can conclude the factors affecting the customer satisfaction.Factors are as follows:To begin with,teachers,teaching ability should be strengthened;secondly,teacher should make them clear and target the core point of the subjects;then,some happiness atmosphere should be enhanced;last but not least,teacher's improving students method,improving students' ability and interactive with students should be improved.Then,the author can propose four effective suggestions:firstly,While choosing teachers,institutes should better their designing systems and improve the admission standard;secondly,regarding to training,schools should establish the whole evaluative systems to design more training models and enhance the teachers' level of writing the scripts;finally,other managerial methods should be adopted,such as reward and punishment,implementation of customer satisfaction and discarding some unqualified teachers.
