In the 1920s China,the ideological field just like a hundred flowers in blossom.With the growing awareness of the concept of sovereignty,The social from all walks of life began to pay close attention to the right to education which is captured by foreigners.Then,the Regaining Educational Right Movement swept the country.During this period,different groups played the role that can not be ignored.They published the opinions which related to the colonial education,parochial education,whether regaining the education right or not,and the way how to regaining the education right.This paper consists of three chapters,consists of the theoretical basis of the Regaining Educational Right Movement,the practice of the Regaining Educational Right Movement which is guidanced by the public opinions and the effect on the young students,Social groups and government policies The paper Focuses on the public opinions and the the main social groups.
