This article is based on the background of network public opinion boosting under the internet circumstance.stands on the school principal's point.It's want to give a panoramic view of dealing with network public opinion primary and secondary school principal ability,such as its connotation,current situation,problems and cause.It also puts forward the promotion strategies for principals' coping capacity of online public opinions.Firstly,based on the theoretical basis of McClelland's Iceberg Model,it analyzes the connotation for principals' coping capacity of online public opinions in middle and primary schools,which includes the knowledge background for coping capacity of online public opinions,the ability for the fostering and management of personnel coping with online public opinions,media recognition,application ability,coordination ability and the ability of maintaining public trust etc.Based on the interview of principals in 15 middle and primary schools in Tianjin,it explores and analyzes the current situation of principals,coping capacity of online public opinions in middle and primary schools.Though the principals pay attention to online public opinions,they still have some characteristics,such as poor knowledge background,short of personnel coping with online public opinions,insufficient media recognition and application ability,conservative communication and coordination etc.It also tries to analyze the reasons causing the current situation,including complicated educational interest groups,insufficient relevant training and administrative intervention etc.Secondly,it selects the hot events of online public opinions in 2016 for further illustrating the significance for the improvement of principals' coping capacity of online public opinions in the aspects of media application,change of subjects involved,communication skills and change of topic for discussion.Finally,it proposes the upgrade strategies for principals' coping capacity of online public opinions in middle and primary schools,including abundant knowledge reserve of online public opinions,strengthening of personnel coping with online public opinions and the construction of regime,application of "Integral Cooperation" media application mode and adjustment of corresponding thoughts,thus to promote a more effective and reliable communication and create a good image and public reputation for school with the persistence of "People First".
