With the constant reform of higher education,and improve the core competitiveness of colleges and universities has become the important objectives of the development of colleges and universities.In the process of operation management of institutions of higher learning,the administrative work is one of the key link,the link in the process of the two aspects of scientific research and teaching plays a more important role.Moreover,the stand or fall of administrative work directly affect the high school level.In mid and late 1980s,emotional problems by organizational behavior gradually paid great attention in the field,human resources management,emotional labor theory and emotional labor management arises at the historic moment.The emergence of emotional labor theory,to enrich the content of the enterprise traditional human resource management.Service industry has a high density,in order to meet the customer's emotional experience,service personnel need to work in the process of emotional labor.Enterprises should also pay for employees of the labor and effort must be paid,and be in the system design specification.Administrative personnel in colleges and universities belong to high emotional laborer,this study based on administrative personnel in the organization and management of colleges and universities,the emotional labor of empirical research conclusions at home and abroad were reviewed,the organization and management measures put forward four indicators,and individual emotions as intermediary,tease out theoretical framework between emotional labor and organization and management,put forward the emotional labor by employee job performance and satisfaction to influence the quality of the university organization management support system.At the same time,this study through the questionnaire and semi-structured interview five universities in tianjin 473 administrative staff study,the administrative personnel in colleges and universities the status quo of emotional labor,emotional performance status quo and the current situation of the organization and management quality is analyzed,and through the formation of the status quo analysis concluded that the reason for the colleges and universities for the consciousness of emotion management and control is weak,on the basis of support system proposed by the analysis of causes,and accordingly puts forward countermeasure Suggestions of improving the quality of the organization and management,further expanded the content of university organization management,emphasis on the administrative management of the importance of emotional labor management in colleges and universities,for other administrative areas provide a theoretical reference and practical guidance.
