Education is a long-term development of the country,if a country's education is strong,the comprehensive strength is strong too.In order to make the country be filled with talents,every undertakings have achieved rapid development,we must build a good education.The core of education is the cultivation of talents,Teachers are inheritors of culture,as well as pioneers of new knowledge and promoters of future talent development.As the successor of physical education in the future,solid professional skills and teaching methods of the physical education normal students are the necessary weapons to embark on the professional road.With the development of the new reform of physical education curriculum,evaluation plays an important role.As the backbone of physical education in the future,it is equally important to have the basic evaluation ability and master the professional knowledge and teaching skills.Through literature reviews,this article sorted out evaluation,ability,evaluation ability,assessment literacy and other related concepts,understood the status of evaluation in various countries in education,At the same time,it comprehensively surveyed the measuring tools of ability and evaluation ability both at home and abroad,adapted a questionnaire suitable for the study according to the experience of predecessors,By means of the questionnaire about evaluation ability of physical education normal students,a sample survey was carried out on physical education normal students.The data were analyzed by means of mathematical statistics,and the following conclusions were drawn:Firstly,the ability to evaluate of the physical education normal students is low overall,especially the seven capability dimensions,the index of using the evaluation ability is especially low,the second is the score/classification,ethics and legal problems is relatively good;Relatively good are the exchange and evaluation results,as well as the development of evaluation tools.Secondly,the factors that influence the evaluation and evaluation ability of physical education normal students are as follows:the individual background,the learning experience of the university,the undergraduate autonomous learning experience and the practice experience.Thirdly,the evaluation ability of physical education normal students is influenced by the gender,the form of enrollment and the level of inter school;The internship provided the opportunity for evaluation and the students' own evaluation behavior ware significantly related to the overall evaluation ability of physical education normal students;There are correlations between other factors and the seven dimensions of the evaluation ability of physical education normal students.Fourthly,in view of the problems of poor evaluation ability of physical education normal students,the strategies to improve the evaluation ability of physical education normal students include four aspects:national policy,school training strategy,university teachers and students themselves.
