| The physical curriculum of compulsory education aims to improve the scientific literacy of all students,and it’s an effective way to improve the scientific literacy by cultivating all students’scientific inquiry ability.“The ability of analysis and demonstration”is the core link of scientific inquiry ability,it plays an important role on scientific literacy.Obtaining the present status of“analysis and demonstration ability”will provide a reference for cultivating scientific inquiry and improving the scientific literacy of all students in junior high school.However,a feasible evaluation standard is not formed,the thesis is going to do some preliminary work about the evaluation of analysis and demonstration ability.Based on Primary Trait Analysis(PTA),the author forms a evaluation system of“physical analysis and demonstration”by making a literature review and combining the requirements from“compulsory education physics curriculum standard(2011)”,and it is composed of evaluation index and test paper.First of all,the author establishes the evaluation trait and proposes the first index including three elements:the ability of analyzing evidence and drawing conclusion,scientific reasoning ability,and the ability of describing and explaining results.What’s more,the author divides the first index into seven secondary indexes.Secondly,the author conforms to the weight of each index by consulting experts.So far,the evaluation index system is formed.And then,the author designs a test paper which includes each evaluation index.At the same time,the author analyzes the reliability of the test paper.Finally,the author takes the 9thgrade students who are from two junior high schools X and Y in Qufu as subjects,the investigation results indicate that:(1)The 9thgrade students’physical analysis and demonstration ability is in general level.(2)There is a significant difference between different gender students in physical analysis and demonstration ability.(3)There is no difference between two different schools’students in physical analysis and demonstration ability.(4)There is a minor correlation between the physical performance and academic achievement,and there is a significant difference between the students with different academic levels in ability of analysis and demonstration. |
