Marathon is one of the most challenging sports.Today,the marathon has been widely carried out in the world.However,in recent years,a variety of sports injury of amateur It is often seen.phenomenon appeared in the marathon,China Marathon takes most of the present is the premise of measures to prevent and reduce risks,can not guarantee the absolute safety of the movement in the course of the campaign.This study uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method and logic analysis method,the 824 amateur marathon runners were investigated.Through the investigation on the expectations of the players,to find out the gender diffe rences,the age of the athletes characteristics,characteristics,the frequency and the degr ee;the main influence factors of risks;emergency rescue capability of the athletes comp etition attitude;amateurs think most movement risk or for their own problems;the situat ion of sports injury of athletes.To make reasonable and targeted suggestions to promote the development of marathon.Conclusion:1.marathon amateur contestants,more men than women under the age of 25,and the maximum number of players,the tournament attracted more highly educated workers in about three months,most people take part in a marathon,for the purpose of the exercise of most people.2.the main factors that influence the sports risk of Marathon amateurs are personnel,facilities,environment and management.3.reasons,temporary facilities,natural environment and emergency ability are the main factors affecting the sports risk of marathon amateurs.4.according to the risk factors of Marathon amateur sports countermeasure is on the condition of the participants before the restrictions and safety education;the volunteer recruitment conditions and training;to increase the construction of facilities,to meet the needs of competition;improve the policy system,improve the ability of management.
