Research On The Risk Evaluation Index System Of The Risk Investment Of Amateur Sports Clubs

Amateur sports clubs are the basis of the development of sports industry and the important carrier of sports culture communication.But at present the development of amateur sports clubs is plagued by capital shortage.Therefore,if amateur sports clubs want to take off,they must be given financial wings.However,as amateur sports clubs belong to asset-light industry and lack fixed assets,venture capital is more appropriate among existing financing tools.As far as venture capital is concerned,risk management is one of the most critical links of venture capital,and it is also the most concerned problem for researchers and the capital side.The foundation of risk management is risk identification and risk assessment.How to correctly recognize and distinguish risks and establish an objective and effective risk assessment system is the first step of risk management.At present,the risk evaluation index system of venture capital is the most lacking in the field of amateur sports clubs in China.With the development of China's sports industry and the gradual attention of all aspects of society,there are more and more scholars studying China's sports industry and more and more academic papers,but there are still few papers on the risk evaluation system of amateur sports club venture capital.However,from the current development of amateur sports clubs,it is exactly the problem of funds that restricts the development of amateur sports clubs.Venture capital is an excellent way to solve the capital problem.However,at present,the field of amateur sports clubs in China lacks a risk evaluation system of venture capital.If the basic problems cannot be solved,how can they be rapidly developed and expanded?So this article will focus on a risk investment,and risk assessment of the amateur sports clubs,with amateur sports clubs risk investment risk evaluation index system as the research object,through the way of practice for the basis of risk factors,and then based on the cause of the risks of venture capital will be divided into "macro environment risk","risk management","market risk" and "credit risk" and other four categories.Amateur sports clubs established by using analytic hierarchy process(ahp),evaluation index system of venture investment risk of tertiary evaluation index,and then using the Delphi method to weight distribution of risk factors and screening,the last of the instance analysis,selection of industry leading enterprises-universal sports,as objects of case analysis,according to the published data for risk assessment.Theresults showed that the risk was medium,and then the experts were fed back,and the final evaluation results were in line with the facts and relatively objective,indicating that the risk assessment model of amateur sports club risk investment established in this study was feasible.Finally,based on the results of this study and the results obtained during the experiment,I will put forward my own Suggestions on how to better develop amateur sports clubs,hoping to improve and improve the current situation of the industry through the cooperation of departments and the establishment of an industry evaluation system.At the same time,the market survival rate of amateur sports clubs should be improved from the perspectives of guiding consumption,perfecting industry rules and broadening financing channels to reduce the risk of risk investment.
