Ideological And Political Education In The College Students Employment Guidance Work

With the increasing number of graduates from college and thereform of employment policies, the situation of college studentsemployment is becoming more and more reverent, and it naturally growsinto the focus of the attention of whole society. These all bringgreat pressure, inevitable difficulties and conflicts to collegegraduates in the sense of both their concept and psychology. Thusintegrating ideological and political education into the wholeprocess of college students employment guidance, highlighting itscore position have become an conclusive guidance. Hence, it’s apremise to analysis the problems existing in the ideological andpolitical education of college students employment guidance.This paper starts to analysis the theories in the area and thenpoints out the meaning of ideological and political education, thepurpose of college students employment guidance, following thenecessity and importance of ideological and political education incollege students employment guidance. And through the analysis ofthe present achievements and problems, this paper finds out that incurrent works there are problems like “relying on measurement and lack of humanity”, theories behind practice, unbalance of the teamconstruction and institution development. Combining the practice ofthe author’s own practice on campus, there’re some suggestions forinitiative in the conclusion: Form a dynamic integration ideologicaland political education college students employment guidance bothin content and institution; Imply the theory into practice; Expandwith the tool of information education; Improve the comprehensivequality of the ideological and political instructors in college.
