Research On The Cultivation Of Craftsman Spirit Of Vocational Students Based On The Course Of "Professional Ethics And Law"

Since the leaders of the party and the state have proposed to develop the spirit of craftsman on many occasions,there has been an upsurge of learning the spirit of craftsman across the country.All walks of life have rushed to demand themselves according to the standards of craftsman spirit and set off a "quality revolution"..Carrying forward the spirit of craftsmanship is conducive to the transformation and upgrading of my country's manufacturing industry,and to realize the national goal of transforming a manufacturing country into a manufacturing power.It is also conducive to promoting my country's economic development and social progress,and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of secondary vocational students,requiring them to respect their teachers,encourage them to treat their work with love and dedication,and strive for excellence,encourage them to continue to innovate and make breakthroughs,and establish a benchmark for professional ethics in promoting secondary vocational students,To promote the personal growth of secondary vocational students,and play a positive role in achieving healthy development in the future career.At the same time,cultivating high-quality talents with the spirit of craftsmanship,building craftsmen in a big country,and providing a reserve army for the country's economic development are also the characteristics and soul of our country's vocational education to achieve the educational goal of "Leading morality and fostering people.The secondary vocational ideological and political course is responsible for the important mission of providing advanced ideological education to students,correct value guidance,and helping adolescent secondary vocational students to form a correct world outlook,outlook on life,and values.The moral education of secondary vocational ideological and political courses determines that it is the main channel for the cultivation of craftsman spirit.In order to understand the current situation of craftsmanship cultivation in ideological and political courses in secondary vocational schools,and to explore the achievements and shortcomings in the cultivation of craftsmanship,this article takes the ideological and political courses of the first grade in secondary vocational schools— "Professional Ethics and Law" as the starting point and uses questionnaire surveys.The method,literature research method,draft interview method,combined with my own education and teaching experience,clarified the concept of craftsman spirit and the importance of craftsman spirit cultivation,and explored the current status of the cultivation of craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students and the existing problems.Analyze the cause of the problem from a perspective and try to put forward countermeasures to solve the problem.Based on the establishment of research methods,this article uses what,why and how to do it as the overall framework,and discusses from four parts:Introductory part: Detailed introduction to the topic background and research significance of this article,pointing out the overview of the research status of craftsmanship at home and abroad and the existing problems,and putting forward the research ideas,research methods and innovation points of this topic.The first part: Overview of the cultivation of craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students based on the course of "Professional Ethics and Law".It mainly defines the related concepts of "Professional Ethics and Law" and the cultivation of craftsman spirit,and clarifies the goal and content of craftsman spirit cultivation of secondary vocational students.The second part: Based on the "Professional Ethics and Law" course,the status quo of the craftsmanship cultivation of secondary vocational students.The author used the survey method to conduct a questionnaire survey on the students of Changsha Kindergarten Normal School and the teachers through interviews.Combined with his own education and teaching experience,the author expounds the current situation of vocational students' craftsmanship cultivation in the ideological and political courses of secondary vocational schools,including its Achievements and existing problems,and analyzed the reasons for the problems.The third part: propose corresponding improvement measures for the problems in the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of the students in the secondary vocational ideological and political education class: one is to enhance the professional level of teachers;the second is to promote the curriculum reform of "Professional Ethics and Law";the third is to guide the secondary vocational students Self-education of craftsman spirit;fourth is to optimize the environment for the cultivation of craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students.
