Secondary vocational education with employment education for the ultimate education training goal,the whole purpose is to meet the needs of society,to cultivate good professional ethics quality,a necessary cultural knowledge and the skilled professional skill comprehensive vocational ability outstanding high-quality workforce.There are differences between the reality of secondary vocational education personal training and the practical needs of society.Secondary vocational schools focus on the students in vocational and technical education,but neglects the cultivation of students' occupational spirit,unit of choose and employ persons for their own development needs not only people with proficient skills,also need to have a certain professionalism of employees.Therefore,they need to pay attention to vocational skills training for students at the same time also pay attention to their professional ideals,professional attitude,professional ethics and the cultivation of occupational spirit in secondary vocational and technical schools.Secondary language as required a public basic course for secondary vocational students,is an embarrassment.For example,Yuxi industrial finance and trade schools,this paper on the basis of absorbing predecessors' research,put forward to solve Chinese curriculum not only in the Chinese teaching practice and professional issues of how to effectively combine,should also focus on long-term development of the students and full consideration of the practical need of secondary vocational students after work,focusing on the students professional spirit cultivation,highlight the characteristics of secondary vocational Chinese vocational education,to construct the secondary language effective teaching mode,play the value and charm of Chinese language teaching in secondary vocational and establish the status of Chinese subject in the secondary vocational education.The thesis mainly divides into four part :First part : Carding secondary vocational Chinese teaching and the research status of vocational spirit training and defining the relevant concepts for students,providing the theory basis for professional spirit curriculum system constructing in secondary vocational Chinese education.Second part : Analyzing the questions between vocational students' professional spirit cultivation and secondary vocational Chinese teaching situation.Discussing theimportance of secondary vocational Chinese teaching in vocational spirit cultivation,it conclude nature of the school,unit of choose and employ persons of talent requirement,the situation of the students,the needs of the development of Chinese subject determines the secondary vocational Chinese teaching must carry on the cultivation of occupational spirit.Third part : Reaching the secondary vocational Chinese teaching and students' professional spirts culture and the secondary vocational Chinese teaching present situation,the current situation of secondary vocational students professional spirit cultivation.For example,in Yuxi industrial finance ? school Chinese teaching from starting Chinese humanism and instrumental to digging the connotation of Chinese curriculum.It around the base module,professional module and expand module three Chinese teaching plate,find out secondary vocational Chinese teaching and students' vocational spirit cultivating the measures,methods of organic combination,humanism,instrumental,professional integration of secondary vocational language teaching mode effectively,realize the knowledge with professional spirit cultivation.Basic module to read and appreciate the teaching is the precondition of cultivating students' vocational technical secondary school spirit;Expression and communication teaching laid the foundation of students,professional exchange;The language synthesis practice enhance the connotation of secondary vocational students professional spirit.First,to integrate of secondary vocational language teaching material,carefully selected teaching content;Second,to create classroom teaching situation,improve the classroom teaching effect;Third,to mine practice activities for Chinese teaching;Fourth,to optimize the homework design,pick up students' learning self-confidence;Finally,to perfect the teaching evaluation system and set up the correct orientation.Fourth part : Discussing the benefits about secondary vocational language training students' professional spirit on the implementation of curriculum system,people provide practical support to make secondary vocational Chinese curriculum system carry out smoothly.
