Research On The Operation Of "Knowers" Accelerated Learning

Exploring effective and suitable ways to study for their own ability development,is the unremitting pursuit of educators in learning theory.Under different times and social demand,because of the different definition of "effective",hence have produced many theories about the learning style,especially the theory about how the underachiever's study from "lost" to "win",and for the excellent students how to learning in the classroom is rarely mentioned.In this context,naturally individualized teaching arises the theory that knowers'should accelerated learning at the historic moment.The theory advocate teachers make teaching task with the differences of students natural differentiation and guide teaching,students who have the ability or has completed the tasks,should continue learning not wait for others.Naturally individualized teaching" named "knowers" that You understand and grasp the teaching contents in teaching students collectively,"knower accelerated learning" namely advocate knowers'in the mastery of the classroom learning content after continue to study,rather than wait for others to waste of time and life.The author believes that the concept in the maintenance education fair at the same time,pay more attention to students' learning habits and cultivate comprehensive ability,it is necessary to understand its operation process and operation effect,and to spread it.Based on this,this study followed thelogical order from "what" to "why" to"what to do",began to the research on operation of the knowers' accelerated learning in naturally individualized teaching" experimental school.At the beginning of the study,the author based on the teaching practice and relevant learning theory,giving the "knowers',"knowers' accelerated learning" and knowers' accelerated learning operation" to define the scope and classification,expounds the research object of this article "what is it",to facilitate the practice in the study of specific operation.Then,with the aid of the theory of multiple intelligencess' theory,the principle of cooperative learning,and cooperative learning,from multivariate knowsers'to meet the demand of the heavy work,the theoretical basis of building a knower accelerated learning,explain why the "knower" should accelerate learning.Then,the author will focus on the knower "how to accelerate learning",and from two dimensions to break through the key.It is to reveal the knowers of accelerated learning mechanism;The second is to explore the operation of the knower accelerated learning process.The former focuses on accelerating the analysis of the "principle",which focused on the rendering speed up "strategy".Combination,the knower accelerated learning theory into operational practice.Finally,this research used questionnaire and interview survey method to investigated the knowers' accelerated learning from the overall operation situation to the knower of the change of knowledge and ability in the accelerated learning.Survey found that most of the experimental school "knowers" has basically grasp the acceleration in operation of the mechanism of accelerated learning behavior,"knowers" grades was evolving,certain achievements have been made in the"knowledge accelerated learning".With knowers' "knowledge," learning speed,"knowledge of various aspects ability,especially the ability of active learning,self-control ability and leadership skills and so on also develop continuously,and showed a significant and stability characteristics.But the current accelerated learning"knowers",there are still some problems in the operation mechanism,such as "when"the learning gap between more and more big,the knower of active error correction ability,analysis of the overall learning ability,dare to question the ability and the innovation ability and so on also needs to be strengthened.Therefore,this research also from the aspect of theory and practice is proposed to improve the knowers accelerated learning mechanism of specific suggestions,in order to solve the existing problem in operation of the mechanism of accelerated learning,and ensure the effective operation of the knower accelerated learning mechanism.
