The Variations Of Mathematics’ Calcuation And It’s Impact On Math Learning

Mathematics is to train the students’ logical thinking, and mathematics operation and mathematical problem solving method are direct manifestation of the cultivation of students’ thinking. Traditional mathematics education is largely focused on the cultivation of students’ mathematics problem solving method, but the operation ability is paid no attention to. Under this background, this paper starts with the operation problems revealed in the final exam, to find the problems in students’ operation procedure.In mathematics learning, problem-solving methods interfered by computation ability, students’ understanding of knowledge is not up to the required level. In choosing calculation methods, to choose simple and easy ways is an important aspect of calculation and operation ability. Operation has a larger influence on secondary students. And so, it becomes the major factor which influences students’ interest. Furthermore, the operation has great influence on students’ scores.By analyzing the amount of draft paper, my article reveals the students’ operation ability in exams directly. At the same time, my grade is divided into two parts, so both teachers and students are equally distributed, which provides us a good basis of comparative analysis. This paper is divided into five chapters to discuss the importance and influence of various operation methods on learning mathematics, the factors which cause operational problems as well as some suggestions to strengthen students’ operation ability. Finally, with questionnaire to investigate the students’ problems in operation, I put department A and department B into comparison. In Department A, with targeted operation training, a semester later, students’ performance has been significantly improved. It proves the efficiency of operation training.
