| The teacher induction phase in this paper is include teacher candidate and new teacher recruited primary and secondary schools within one year,the research purposes is mainly toanalysis the current situation oftheteaching ability development of the teacher candidate and new teacher,summarize the factors that affect the development of teachers’ teaching ability in the teacher induction phase,So as to provide some effective strategies for improving the development of teachers’ teaching ability in the teacher induction phase.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of questionnaire and individual interview.First of all,the use of questionnaire survey to analysis the current situation oftheteaching ability development of the teacher candidate;Secondly,the author uses the individual interview method to summarizethe present situation of the teaching ability of the new teachers.based on the analysis of the results of the survey to reality,found there is some common problem to teacher candidate and new primary and new teachers in teaching ability development,the mainly problem isthat:the teaching goal is hard to grasp and the ability to point difficulties is week in teaching preparation phase;the language ability of organization,class management and randomstrain capacity is weak in teaching the implementationstage;self-assessmentability insufficiency,thegenerallackof internalization in teaching evaluation reflection phase and so on.Toanalysistheinfluencefactorsof the teaching abilities development of the teacher induction phase,the reason is mainly affected by the university curriculum learning,theguidanceoftutor,new teachers training pattern and effect,teachers themselves and so on.The paper alsosummarizes the United States,Japan and Britain for the cultivation of new teachers,by comparing the actual situation in our country,draw lessons from its advantages.Finally,the paper based on the induction phase of teachers’ teaching ability status,influence factors of research and comparative analysis of foreign new teacher training,puts forward the effective strategies to promote the development of induction phase teachers’ teaching ability,mainly from the Pre-service training-the integration of theory and practice,induction training-the relevance of training and guidance,the induction teachers-explore the path of development of these three aspects to discuss. |
