In the national tertiary curriculum system,the school-based curriculum is the smallest and the most flexible one.Therefore,all schools are actively carrying out school-based curriculum development research and developing school-based curriculum which is suitable for local characteristics,satisfying students' needs and conforming to campus culture.Mental health education in China is now in a period of rapid development,since Mental Health Education Guidelines of the Primary and Secondary School has been issued in 2002,national primary and secondary schools began to carry out the research of mental health education,and mental health education workers make continuous optimization and improvement on mental health education curriculum which is suitable for students' characteristics in the campus.Thus,the school-based curriculum of mental health education is formed.Sandplay is an operational skill in the field of psychology and is now widely used in children and adolescent groups,both for the treatment of psychological problems and the development of potential.This paper takes the school-based curriculum of sandplay in primary school as the object of study,taking Shenyang Experimental Primary School as a case,carrying out the practical research of development and implementation of school-based curriculum of mental health education in primary school based on the theoretical knowledge,the practical experience of teaching and the characteristics of the psychological development of primary school students.This study uses the methods of questionnaire,literature,interview,observation and other research methods to study the relevant theories,exploring the value and significance of the development of school-based curriculum of sandplay.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the theoretical background,significance,practical value of the development of school-based curriculum of sandplay and the main methods used in the paper.The second part analyzes the concept and theory of school-based curriculum of sandplay and the current situation and development of school-based curriculum of sandplay of domestic and foreign research.The third part mainly discusses the development and implementation of school-based curriculum of sandplay,including the analysis of the situation of school-based curriculum development,the determination of the curriculum objectives,the plan of curriculum implementation development,implementation of the curriculum and the display of the curriculum content.The fourth part makes the evaluation of the school-based curriculum development,and then optimizes school-based curriculum based on the evaluation.The fifth part is the conclusion part,at the same time,it also discusses the shortcomings of the study.
