Behavioral problems of children have always been concerned by people.Research shows that the incidence of psychological and behavioral problems of children with disabilities,especially children with mental retardation,has increased significantly,and children with mental retardation are often accompanied by behavioral problems of varying degrees.These behavioral problems not only affect their personal development,but also affect the return of mentally retarded children to the mainstream society.Therefore,the behavioral problems of mentally retarded children deserve our attention.Group sand play games is a kind of analytical psychology theory and the theory of play therapy and so on the many kinds of psychological counseling to combine clinical psychotherapy,offers a free,open and protected space,can promote group members in the heart of the positive energy,the study found that group sand play games can effectively improve the behavior problems.Based on this,this study selected the X,Y society-adaptation schools in mild mental retardation children as the research object,through the questionnaire survey method,observation method,experimental method,etc,in order to guarantee the effectiveness of the group sand play therapy,identified the two experimental groups,respectively for 8 times in sand table games,from the questionnaire survey result,sand table topic change and personal growth cases in the group summary analysis.The results show that:1.The behavioral problems of children with mental retardation are not optimistic.The scores of children with mental retardation in the five dimensions of conduct problem,learning problem,anxiety,impulse-hyperactivity and hyperactivity are all higher than those of ordinary children,and there are significant differences.In terms of psychosomatic disorders,the score of children with mental retardation is higher than that of ordinary children,but there is no significant difference.2.There were no significant differences in the behavioral problems of children with mental retardation and demographic variables,such as gender,one-child status and primary caregivers;In terms of grades,children with mental retardation in grades4-6 have more psychosomatic disorders than children with mental retardation in grades 7-9,with significant differences.3.After the intervention of group sand play game,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,and group sand play game could effectively reduce the behavioral problems of children with mild mental retardation.4.Features of the theme of sand play games for children with mental retardation compared with the initial sand table and the end sand table,the theme of trauma decreased and the theme of cure increased.5.By analyzing and summarizing the growth performance of case H in the intervention process of group sand table game,it is found that the behavior problem of case H has changed significantly.
