The students' learning experience in colleges and universities directly determines the academic achievements of the students,and influences their future work,social status,etc.Current higher education into the popularization stage,the gross enrollment ratio increased year by year,entrance opportunity is no longer a social scarce resource,the purpose of higher education from the simple imparting professional knowledge skills,gradually transition to the accumulation of college students' cultural quality and the comprehensive quality and ability of ascension.Education process fairness is attention by the public,college students learning experience as reference in reflection of education process fairness,based on the situation of students' during the period of school community participation of different family background difference as a specific indicators to measure the education process fairness.To study and put forward the following hypothesis: college students to participate in community activities,there are differences in family background variables of family background variables of this research include: family income,parents' occupation,parents' level of education in three aspects,three variables to the situation of the college students to participate in community activities have a significant impact.Research on selection of guangzhou university students in grade 2013 as investigation object,adopt the method of stratified sampling to select 503 students to carry out the questionnaire,interviews with purposeful sampling method to select some classmates,and in order to family background and the relationship between the students to participate in community activities to make a deep interpretation of students to explore different family background during the period of school students to participate in the conduct of internal differences and influencing mechanism,to clarify the student in the school community participation and the relationship between the family background.For the analysis of the background,this study through the family class background,economic background,cultural background,several aspects to discuss,finally explores the current solution to this kind of phenomenon and the feasible measures.Research by using the theory of social class and cultural reproduction theory to explain,the main conclusions are: first,the urban and rural family background college students in grade one during the period of school learning behavior,use of campus facilities,there is no significant difference,and community engagement in part in extracurricular activities,differences between urban and rural family background students.Second,family background,economic background and cultural background influence students' participation in club activities.Therefore,we suggest that efforts to narrow differences between class society,schools should attach importance to students' ability evaluation,guiding,encouraging students to participate in community activities,family to enrich students' ability to integrate resources quality,individual students should build up confidence,construct the reasonable structure of ability.
