Reserch On The Practice Of Community Participation Of The Elderly From The Perspective Of Cultural Sensitivity ——Take D Ex-situ Poverty Alleviation Community In Guizhou Province As An Example

With the coming of aging society,the number of old people increases year by year.Due to the relocation policy,the elderly are far away from their hometowns and relocated to new communities.Such a "leapfrog" relocation,how to make the elderly live happily in the community is an important problem that cannot be avoided by the country and society.The community is the main venue for the activities of the elderly.It is also a good solution to put the center of the problem in the community and let the elderly feel the warmth of the community.It is of great practical significance for the elderly to establish new community emotion through community participation,which is nothing but beneficial to the elderly themselves.Guided by the perspective of cultural sensitivity,this study investigated and analyzed the status quo,difficulties and influencing causes of community participation of the elderly in community D through semi-structured interview and observation.The survey found that the elderly in community D have a low willingness to participate in the community and lack of awareness of self-rights;the needs of the elderly in community D for community participation are mainly concentrated in cultural activities and voluntary activities,and the need for participation in community administrative activities is relatively low.The types of elderly communities in community D are mainly political activity participation,economic activity participation,and cultural activity participation.The dilemma of community participation of the elderly in the D community is that social workers have insufficient understanding of the culture of the elderly,the establishment of community feelings for the elderly in the D community needs to be improved,there is a lag in the information on the development of community activities,and the community lacks support for the community participation of the elderly.The reasons for the influence of the elderly in the D community on community participation are more complex,mainly due to the lack of cultural reflection of social workers,the different attitudes of the elderly in the D community to community participation,the emphasis on family affairs among the elderly in the D community,and the alienation of the relationship culture between the elderly in the D community.In the process of researching social workers' involvement in the community participation of the elderly,the author,through the perspective of cultural sensitivity,uses material culture: community culture construction;mental culture: respect for service objects;relational culture: establishment of community network,the impact on the elderly Community participation service engages in social work,responds to the needs of the relocated elderly,assists the elderly in self-management and participation in community construction,and uses the "social worker + classroom" working method to carry out community service activities.Research shows that group activities help older people become more willing to participate in community activities;Social workers are culturally sensitive and sensitive to the culture of the elderly and can help older people participate in community activities.
