In recent years,the abuse of children's rights has been common,including many children who are physically and mentally troubled by special family conditions.Such "troubled children" may be affected by their lack of timely and effective relief and placement Causing serious trauma,or even excessive behavior of the harm to society.On the social protection of children has gradually become the focus of the whole society,the difficulties of children in the group of children is a group of very special vulnerable groups,more need for social attention and help.Resilience is an important ability and quality,refers to the individual in the face of difficulties and setbacks,showing a good ability to adapt and adjust the ability to respond in a positive way.Everyone has the resilience,because of the degree of individual differences lead to the level of resistance level,and through the acquired learning to enhance and enhance.Based on Daqing City,the implementation of the "Three Social Link" innovation community social protection work of minors,the author as a professional social workers into the Daqing City B community to carry out professional services to the community's troubled children as the object of service,Professional service design and the development of specific services.First,through the observation method,the interview method to collect information about the children of the community dilemma,to understand the main problems faced by the troubled children and their corresponding needs.Second,the demand assessment report for the dilemma of children to design the appropriate service program to take advantage of the perspective of intervention,the use of group work methods to help the dilemma children from problem-solving ability,interpersonal communication skills,goal-setting,emotional handling,the correct face of setbacks,full of the future hope and so on six aspects of capacity enhancement,enhance the self-efficacy and optimism of children in distress,to help them correctly face the current setbacks and predicament,the acquired knowledge,experience and perception of internalization,and then into the resistance of the inherent protection factor,to enhance its level of resistance to stress,and ultimately the community to achieve the healthy growth of children dilemma.In this paper,the research on the improvement of the resilience of children in the dilemma through the work of the group,the pre-test and post-test of the resistance level of the dilemma children,and the intervention effect of the group before and after the test data.Finally,it is found that the group work is an effective way to promote the resilience.
