As the future of the country and nation,children deserve all-round protection and assistance,and society needs to create a healthy and safe environment for them to grow up.However,due to the change of social structure,family structure and the change of marriage and love view,the living and development conditions of children become severe and face many risks,so a large number of children in difficulty have appeared.In the face of various risk factors,children are troubled in all aspects of life and study,academic problems,interpersonal problems,emotional processing problems,behavior problems,etc.,these negative effects for their resistance level of challenge,so it is particularly important to improve the resistance level of children in distress.In recent years,some children's rights and interests have been violated,children's adversity incidents continue to come to light,causing widespread concern from all walks of life.Various government departments have issued a series of children's rights and interests protection documents,and constantly improve the child welfare protection system,trying to promote the protection of children in need at the macro level.But the protection of children in distress needs the help of each other to participate in the realization of top-down,from macro to micro-comprehensive promotion.Social work,as an important force in social organizations,plays a unique role in the concrete implementation and promotion of macro-policy because of its practical characteristics.This study uses professional methods of social work to conduct in-depthobservation of children in the S community of Chongqing,and collect data on children in distress by participatory observation,interview and questionnaire,and analyze,evaluate and measure their problems,needs and resistance levels.After investigation and analysis,it is found that children in difficult circumstances have great problems in psychological,behavioral and interpersonal communication,and the overall resistance level is low,and is influenced by internal and external protection factors.Intrinsic protection factors include a sense of effectiveness,i.e.competence,interpersonal skills,problem solving ability and optimism,i.e.the ability to face setbacks correctly and goal-setting skills;On this basis,the group's working methods are used to identify,activate and enhance the resistance of the team members.In this paper,from the perspective of advantages,from the difficult children's sense of effectiveness,optimism,sense of belonging to three aspects,to carry out the level of resistance to enhance the group activities.In the course of the activities,the workers use the group work skills to encourage support,clarification,systematic observation,authorization,catalysis,etc.,to promote the development,maturity and realization of the goals of the group,from improving the self-confidence,self-control of the group members,guide the group members to correctly handle negative emotions,learn interpersonal skills,enhance the sense of belonging,problem solving ability,goal-setting skills,etc.to raise the member's resistance level.After the activity,the worker struck a meter,interviewed the team member and his important guardian,conducted a questionnaire survey on goal completion and activity satisfaction,and reached an assessment of the effectiveness of the group's activities.The results of the study prove that the team work is an effective method for improving the resistance level of children in distress.In the future,we can integrate various social working methods,create a four-in-one model of family,school,community and social organization,pay more attention to theoretical exploration and practical research,and establish a dilemma child protection mechanism that conforms to the characteristics of regional localization.
