Now,the teaching body in China is mainly trained by the normal schools.With the development of educational reform,the non-pedagogic students with Teacher Certificate can enter into teaching body with teacher recruitment etc processes.At present,our teaching body is made of teaching-training teachers and non-pedagogic teachers.The teaching ability is the key constituent part of teachers' quality,which has an important significance to the comparative study on the teaching ability of teaching-training teachers and non-pedagogic teachers.This paper mainly researched and investigated the math teachers in Xiamen primary school,with which to comparatively research on the teaching ability of teaching-training teachers and non-pedagogic teachers.This author mainly adopted three research methods: the first is literature research method,with which to research on overseas training mode of teachers,and use the excellent training mode for reference,thus to make suggestions to the training of teachers in China.The second is questionnaire survey method to 100 teachers selected by stratified random sampling.This paper adopted SPSS and EXCEL to count and analyze the collected original data,with which to analyze the ability of student analysis,textbook analysis,teaching design,teaching reflection and teaching research of the two kinds of teachers.The third is to select 16 representative teachers from 100 teachers,thus to mainly make classroom observation and analysis and analyze the implementation ability of teaching,integrating capacity of information technology and student evaluation ability based on two kinds of teachers combining with interview,thus to overall grasp the math knowledge ability and development ability of resource exploitation.It can be seen from survey and analysis,within three years of employment,the two kinds of teachers are equipped with definite teaching ability,for example they all have a better integration capacity of information technology.The teaching-training teachers accepted professional learning about the math major and educational theories,and they have internship exercise of teaching.Therefore,the majority of teachingtraining teachers have their advantages in theory and practice in teaching ability especially for student analysis,teaching design and implementation ability of teaching etc.and both the kinds of teachers have quite promotion space in teaching study,and overall grasping the math knowledge and development capacity of resource exploitation etc.After three years of employment,the two kinds of teachers have a different development,and whether accepted teaching-training education has been not the key factory to influence the development of teaching ability.The advantage of teacher-training is not obvious any more,and the teaching ability of non-pedagogic teachers is increasing quickly,thus to cause an equal teaching ability with the teaching-training teachers and have no significant difference on the teaching ability.Finally,this paper respectively made suggestions to the training of two kinds of teachers based on the research results,thus to improve the teaching ability of two kinds of teachers.For the training of teachers,it is recommended to make classified training to the teaching-training teachers and non-pedagogic teachers,preset classroom condition,set up case-based teaching course and build developmental files for the individual teaching abilities of teachers.For the training of teachers,it is suggested to provide more chances of learning and further education,promote the teaching presentation ability,focus on the application of educational theories in primary schools to educational probation and pay more attentions to the teaching research ability of teachers.
