In recent years,with the continuous expansion of colleges and universities in Chin a,the number of college graduates increased dramatically,resulting in China's current to tal supply of college graduates far exceeds the total social demand,leading to the pheno menon of college students' employment is becoming increasingly serious.More and mo re students choose to be self-employed.College students' self-employment not only ca n inject fresh vitality into China's economic transformation and development,but also plays an important role in alleviating the current situation of domestic employme nt,.Based on this,the state has also introduced a series of relevant policies,for exampl e,Provide tax preference policies and legal guarantee to encourage college students t o build a business,the wave of college entrepreneurship be set off in nationwide.However,according to the domestic economic statistics found that there is a very low s urvival rate in entrepreneurship,most companies often ended in failure,which had to a ttract our attention.How to improve the entrepreneurial performance of college student s has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article research entrepreneurial act ivity from the perspective of human capital,let human capital as an independent variable to discuss the relationship between entrepreneurial performance and entre preneurial performance,and let entrepreneurial efficacy as mediator variable,introduce s the research framework,in-depth analysis of the impact of the relationship between th e three.The aim of this paper is to explore the ways to improve the entrepreneurial perf ormance of college students from the aspects of human capital.On the basis of summing up a large number of literatures,this paper puts forward th e theoretical model of the relationship between human capital,entrepreneurial self-effic acy and entrepreneurial performance,divides human capital into four dimensions: know ledge,experience,ability and physical fitness,The sense of entrepreneurial efficiency i s divided into five dimensions: innovation efficiency,management efficacy,interperson al efficacy,chance of recognition of efficacy and risk-taking,the entrepreneurial perfor mance is divided into two dimensions of survival and growth performance,respectivel y among the variables and dimensions made relevant assumptions and verified.Research method mainly use literature analysis,questionnaire and empirical analysis.Using SPSS20.0 do reliability test,validity test,correlation analysis and regression ana lysis.Using Amos do confirmatory analysis,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)College students' human capital has a significant positive correlation with entr epreneurial performance;(2)College students' human capital has a positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy;(3)Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive imp act on entrepreneurial performance;(4)College students' entrepreneurial self-efficac y plays an intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial human ca pital and entrepreneurial performance.Finally,based on the research results,this pape r puts forward the educational management suggestions from the aspects of cultivating t he human capital of college students and improving the self-efficacy of entrepreneursh ip,to realizes the long-term development of college students' start-up enterprises.
