Research On The Path Of Entrepreneurship Learning And Entrepreneurs Hip Intention

In the context of high-speed economic growth，it is very important for China that hasimplemented the strategy of increasing employment and promoting entrepreneurship orderto make more labors become entrepreneurs.Primer li Keqiang said”encourage people to dobusiness creatively and drive innovation”, suggests that “the publicentrepreneurship”received high attention and powerful support of governments at alllevels and relevant departments.As a series of favorable policies has beenlaunched,however,the situation that the entrepreneurial intentions of the people becomesstronger and stronger is far from ideal level.Due to fierce market competition,the demandsfor the quality of entrepreneur are higher and higher.Recently, many of the newlyestablished enterprises have failed because that it is not supervising properly andcash-flow issues has occurred.Under such circumstances,the college students, as a specialgroup, have a higher cultural level and quality become the focus of the publicentrepreneurship.These college students have a higher entrepreneurial potential, comparedwith other potential entrepreneurs.Under the background of encouraging entrepreneurs,ithas become a hot problem that how to promote the formation of the college students’entrepreneurial intention to increase the sustaining dynamic of economic development.This paper selected the undergraduates as the subjects, it analyzed the formation pathof entrepreneurial intention of college students through an empirical study. We tested therelationship of entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial capacity and entrepreneurialintention, and analyzed the moderate effect of college degrees.Finally, the study hasfound that the entrepreneurial learning can improve university students’entrepreneurialintention,promote the entrepreneurial capacity development of students.There are twopaths about the formation of entrepreneurial intention:the first is through entrepreneuriallearning affect entrepreneurial intention, this influence is real time;another is to furtherimprove entrepreneurial intention by entrepreneurial learning affect entrepreneurialcapacity, and this effect is a process.Besides,this paper gives some material suggestionsaccording to the cultivating entrepreneurial intention of university students who has a different educational background.
