The Internal Logic Of College Students' Individual Moral Ability Generate And Transformation And Promotion Research

Individual moral ability belongs to a hidden moral category in the field of morality.As a basic ability of people,it can make college students fully play their own subjective initiative in the reality which is rapidly social change,the increasingly fierce conflict of values and the increasingly serious moral crisis.Individual moral ability can help them to determine their own moral orientation,in other words,under the influence of individual moral ability the college students can fully to understand the social moral phenomenon,to judge moral right or wrong,to get rid of moral dilemma,to make the right moral choice and guide their own moral practice to adapt to the ever-changing society moral life.This ability has its own composition system,including six elements: individual moral knowledge ability,individual moral thinking ability,individual moral judgment ability,individual moral choice ability,individual moral practice ability and individual moral will ability.Understanding and mastering these abilities are not only the theoretical needs to expand the field of moral space,but also the practical needs of improving the moral level of college students.This paper firstly analyzes the concept of moral,moral ability,individual moral ability,and explains the theoretical origin of individual moral ability,that is,Marxist morality and western ethics,which are about individual moral ability,that provide a theoretical basis for the study of individual moral ability.Secondly,the author take the intrinsic logical relationship about the elements of capacity as the main axis,combining with the social environment,customs,moral situation and human self-consciousness to analysis the influence of four factors on the individual moral ability of college students in order to fully understand the generation process about individual moral ability..At the end of this paper,the author puts forward the concrete measures to realize the individual moral ability of college students.From the macroscopic level,the individual moral ability of college students needs to be internalized into individual moral consciousness through individual social moral consciousness,individual moral consciousness is transformed into individual moral practice,individual moral practice sublimation for the social and moral awareness of the three aspects of the cycle of transformation to play a practical role;from the micro level,individual moral ability need to continue to be consolidated and improved in practice,that is,to take narrative ethics as the main method,to cultivate moral personality for the purpose of moral practice as the main means,to optimize the moral education environment as the basis of four measures.Through take these measures to promote the individual moral ability of students to enhance,so that achieve the individual moral personality and social moral level of the overall improvement.
