Study On Improving The Employ Ability Of The Physically Disabled

Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood,for the disabled group,the significance of employment is more prominent.Employment is the main pattern to help the disabled integrate into social life and share the fruits of social development with other members in the society.It is of great significance to solve the employment problem of the disabled for building a harmonious society.At present,the employment situation of the disabled in China is not optimistic.From the perspective of the disabled themselves,the lack of employment ability of the disabled is the main factor hindering their employment,and helping the disabled to improve their employment ability is the fundamental way to solve their employment problem.Therefore,the author is based on the promotion of Z city public volunteers,to participate in the "Love in the Cloud,Public Welfare for the Disabled" project,N community body of the disabled as the research object,the participatory observation method,semi-structured interview,questionnaire to understand their employability status and demand and analyze the causes of the lack of employability,the method of group work and combined with advantage perspective theory and social support theory,how to improve the employability of the disabled in-depth research.The main body content of this study is divided into three parts.In the second chapter,the project mainly introduces the "Love in the Cloud,Public Welfare helping the Disabled" and the employment situation of the physically disabled in N community,and the causes and needs of the insufficient employability of the physically disabled are analyzed.In view of the analysis and discussion of the second chapter,the third chapter conducted six group activities around the problems existing in the employability of the physical disabled,aiming to improve the current situation of insufficient employability of the physical disabled,in order to achieve the goal of improving the employability of the physical disabled and smooth employment.Chapter 4 analyzes the effectiveness of the service implementation process of the six group activities to evaluate the effect of the group work in improving the employability of physically disabled people.Intervention based on the group work,the conclusion of this study is that group work improves the employability of the physically disabled,the improvement of the employment ability of the physical disabled is to guide the physical disabled to smoothly enter the " Love in the cloud,The key to the jobs provided by the charity Disabled " project.It is also the key to promote physical disabled to enhance self-confidence,integrate into society and obtain a happy life.Vocational training for physical disabled in group activities is of great significance to improve their employability." Internet + " has became a new way to solve the employment problem of the physically disabled,targeted improvement of the employability of the disabled can promote the realization of the employment desire of the physical disabled.Finally,the author believes that it is a long-term process to improve the employability of physically disabled people,which still requires all sectors of the community to use various methods and empower physically disabled people based on multiple levels.
