In modern society,whether it is economic activity or cultural activities require extensive cooperation.Cooperation ability in childhood is extremely important for children's growth,it can promote children to adapt to society better,it also can improve children's social adaptability.The cultivation of cooperation ability plays a vital role In the critical period of child personality and psychological shaping.In view of the characteristics of the specific image of preschoolers thinking,when teachers cultivate children in cooperation ability,it is necessary to have a systematic,organized inspiration as a regular way through the cultivation.Collage activities of the group are preset by the teachers,it often have a certain purpose and forward-looking.Based on the age characteristics of senior class children in Kindergarten,we require children to cooperate with partners in group collage activities as the target.Collage activities carried out the inspiration between teachers and children,as same way,it carried out the cooperation between children and partners,even children to parents.First of all,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 30 children in the experimental class and other 30 children in the control class,to evaluate the current situation of preschool children's cooperative ability in the S kindergarten in Shanghai.For the experimental class of 30 children,we conducted a three-month plan.We organized group collage teaching intervention with schedule.We lead children experience negotiation type,sharing type,communication type,parent-child type,group collage activities.After the intervention,we conducted a questionnaire of 30 Senior class children in the control class and 30 Senior class children in the experimental class after first questionnaire.By using the method of case analysis,we analyze and discuss the four different groups of collage activities in teaching intervention.The conclusions of this study are as follows: group collage activities can enhance children's ability of cooperation in senior classes.The obvious improvement of senior class children is in cooperation experience,cooperation awareness,cooperation method.The study put forward the following suggestions: first,to improve children's interest in collage and collage skill;second,Deliver rich material in group collage activities;third,lead children to approach the real works of art,fourth,give each child the opportunity to exercise,fifth,correct and question the children of the wrong communication behavior in time.
