With the development of social media,the mobile communication technology and the update of concept of subject teaching,have promoted the way of innovation in teaching mode and teaching resources.In recent years,a new teaching mode— "flipped classroom" has opened up a new path for the enrichment and development of teaching and learning.Chemistry is a natural science based on experiment and practicability.The aim of the new curriculum standard is improving students' scientific literacy and promoting students' all-round development.Nowadays,there are series of problems in teaching of chemistry curriculum,such as the shortage of teaching resources,the limitation of content,the low efficiency and so on.The traditional mode of chemistry teaching has been unable to meet the needs of students in learning.Flipped classroom subverts the traditional sense of the teaching mode.Flipped classroom has changed the traditional teaching mode in some way.This teaching mode has become the focus in the field of basic education and it also provides a new perspective for the reform and development of chemical subject curriculum.Nowadays,the development of teaching mode is characterized by the convenience and interactivity.At the same time,the ways of students' learning are also diversity,such as miniaturization,movement and fragmentation.This new Flip Classroom teaching which is based on the micro lesson is completed before class.The micro lesson resources are provided by teachers and the traditional teaching methods are changed.Whereas,the knowledge internalization process is completed through classroom teaching,teacher-student interaction and students' interaction.With the character of reproducibility,micro lesson allows students to study according to their real situation before class.They can play the video at anytime,anywhere,as they like.They can also timely adjust micro lesson playback progress.It is more convenient and free than the traditional classroom.Meanwhile,it is also satisfied with the needs of students' individualized learning.The high quality of micro lesson can not only help students finish the pre autonomous learning before class,but also ensure the fluency of class knowledge internalization process.Therefore,the high quality ofmicro course resources are the key to the successful development of turn the classroom teaching mode.Then according to flipped classroom teaching ideas,how to design and develop the available and useful micro lesson resource which is also loved by students has become a hot topic for most front-line educators.Taking into account the teaching needs and practical feasibility of education,the author takes the chemistry course in middle school as the research foundation and focuses on the design and application of micro lesson of middle school chemistry based on flipped classroom.This research will be discussed from the following five parts in detail:In part one,the author has made a statistical analysis for the status of domestic and foreign research on flipped classroom and micro lesson through a large number of literature research so as to determine the research purpose,significance,contents and methods.In part two,the author summarizes the connotation and characteristics of flipped classroom and micro lesson.The author also gives an exposition for the theory of autonomous learning,individualized learning theory and mastery learning theory.In part three,according to the teaching concept of flipped classroom,the characteristics and design principles of the micro lesson,the author has designed the specific case of micro lesson which are chemical experiment demonstration and exploration.In part four,the author will carefully explain the prepared micro lesson cases in chapter three and introduce how it is applied on the flipped classroom of chemistry in the middle school.The author will provide three application strategies for three teaching stages(before class,in class and after class).In the last part,the author applies the questionnaire survey method,interview method and case analysis method to analyze the usage of different types of micro lesson cases in the school of Dong Feng County,Liaoyuan City.According to the analysis results,we can sum up experience and the insufficiency which could provide guidance for the design and application of micro lecture case in middle school chemistry based on flipped classroom.
