| In 2014,the State Council promulgated the 46 th document,clearly put forward to football,basketball,volleyball as the starting point,the development of football has been the national strategic point;then passed the "China Football Reform and Development Master Plan" to make specific arrangements.football career and football industry are ushered in the boom period.As the football pyramid spire,the professional football club is no doubt ushered in the climax of investment.The domestic football clubs change holders frequently,large companies belong to "industry + capital" layout earlier.At the same time,overseas football club acquisition is also in full swing,Atletico Madrid,Pavia,Aston Villa,Newcastle Jets,Lyon and other clubs appeared Chinese boss.English Premier League as the most successful business operation,the highest visibility and the most financially sound league,is bound to become the focus of China's capital overseas layout.For investors,how to fully and accurately evaluate the financial situation of the Premier League clubs,is an important issue which relates to whether investors can make reasonable decisions or not.At present,Chinese has a preliminary financial comprehensive evaluation model in other industries such as the real estate industry,manufacturing industry etc,but in the sports club,especially the Premier League clubs' financial comprehensive model is still missing,so it's necessary to establish the Premier League clubs' financial integration Evaluation model in line with their financial characteristics.This paper first discusses the significance and background of the research,the domestic and foreign research on the financial analysis and the Premier League,combined with the financial characteristics of the Premier League clubs from the solvency,profitability,operational capacity and growth ability to build the Premier League clubs' financial comprehensive index primary system.Secondly,the financial data of 12 clubs in the Premier League for 13 consecutive years are selected,and the financial comprehensive score model is established by using the correlation analysis,principal component analysis and factor analysis.The factors that influence thefinancial comprehensive ability of the club are profit factor,asset factor,Debt-service factors and growth factors,and the sample club's factor scores and comprehensive financial factor scores to rank.Thirdly,using the empirical analysis method,from the development of 12 sample clubs to demonstrate whether the financial comprehensive score model is realistic.Finally,for the Chinese capital investment in the Premier League club decision-making to provide appropriate recommendations,to do a good job of mergers and acquisitions analysis,to attach great importance to the integration after the merger and so on.The research of this paper is a positive attempt to establish the financial comprehensive evaluation model of the Premier League clubs.Although there are some shortcomings,the important factors is that the investors can comprehensively and accurately evaluate the financial situation of the Premiership club and make scientific and reasonable decision Is of great significance;at the same time,It also enrichs the domestic academic research on professional clubs. |
