The Status Of Contemporary Females In Sports Under The Gender Perspective And The Cognition Of Female Leaders

Women have a lower social status than men in the history of their own records,a phenomenon that is also true in sport.After women's long and arduous struggle,the social status of women has been rising.At present,there is still a certain distance to the complete equality of both genders.There are also a series of stereotypes and social problems hindering women's participation in sports,and impairing their physical and mental health.This paper starts from the perspective of social culture and literature research,interview and logistic analysis were used to research the sports status in developed countries in Europe,the United States,the third world countries and China.The paper analyzed the historical changes of feminism and female sports status,the athletic ability of women and the commercial value of female athletes.In addition,this article will conduct a qualitative study:the interview with the female leaders in Shanghai and to summarize the current situation of female leaders and their sports cognition.On the basis of the above research,it can be concluded that:1.Female's sports participation in China has been motivated by policy,resulting in the lack of autonomy.In the future,female should choose their participation based on interest to show their glamour.They can have their own objectives and enjoy the process.2.Female athletes have gone through much to win the right to compete in the same ground with man.Chinese female athletes have advantages in international competitions.Our female athletes have a very high level of commercial value but it has been underestimated.3.The number of female leaders in Shanghai is still less than males but they have real power in the position.Female leaders have a positive impact on school and community sports and it would be beneficial if the number of female leaders can be increased though building a healthy atmosphere and a fair promoting system.
