Social community work development are at the initial stage in China,according to the latest statistics by Ministry of Civil Affairs,13,697 social community service stations has been reached and set up at China's urban and rural communities,which brought more than 270,000 jobs accordingly,Currently,the professional on this field has reached to 760,000,and it will reach to 1450,000 by 2020 on planning.In 2007,Shenzhen were the first year to engaged in society community service technicians training,opening up a new journey of professionalism,specialization and localization of social community work,now it is the 10th year of Social work development in Shenzhen,with 7,083 staff are engaged,serves to the population up to 9 million peoples.Social work service is a practical and helpful activity,and its effective operation can not be separated from the professional assessment work,thus,the discussion to social work assessment has become a professional topic.The professional and systematic assessment will help to standardized management of social work services,and promote social work services into the direction of professional development.Currently it can be simply divided into two aspects to the assessment of social work services,first,focuses on the process evaluation of service management operation,and second,result evaluation of the service center.There are some scholars has raised a scheme to make an evaluation model based on the existing evaluation model.He offered a propose to evaluate the social work service by four evaluation forms,which is project theory evaluation,monitoring evaluation,impact evaluation,cost evaluation,and made by evaluation form,purpose,contain,method,objective,and time,six latitudes to fulfill the evaluation model.In recent years,it become more and more to purchase the social work by government,from the social work positions,specific service projects to the current development of community social work,Shenzhen now have 670 community party service centers.Researchers expect the integrated assessment model to be applied to social work services,to validate and make recommendations to the community service center,to explore more professional and standardized assessment models,to improve project management and mentoring Performance,and meet the project needs to all parties...
